The ISGP developed this book from the position papers, debates, and caucuses at the Global Emerging and Persistent Infectious Disease – Armed Forces Impact (GEPID–AFI) Conference convened on October 14-15, 2024 within the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium by the ISGP in cooperation with the NATO Office of the Chief Scientist and the United States Department of Defense, Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs.
